Yeeflow introduces App Credentials, giving application administrators a secure way to provide external systems, services, and automation tools with controlled access to application resources.
Instead of exposing an entire tenant or application, App Credentials allow administrators to define access at the resource level. Permissions can be configured for:
- Approval Forms
- Form Reports
- Data Lists
- Document Libraries
- Data Reports
- AI Agents
For each resource type, administrators can choose:
- No access
- All items
- Selected items
This makes it easier to follow the principle of least privilege and ensure that each integration can access only the resources it actually needs.
Administrators can also configure token expiration, including 30-day, 90-day, 180-day, or non-expiring options, making credential lifecycle management and rotation more flexible.
