1. Multiple Data Views Support: You can now create and manage multiple data views in a single form report. This means you can have distinct views with different permissions, data fields, and layouts - all within the same report. Whether you need a comprehensive view for administrators or a limited one for specific teams, it's now easier than ever to customize your data display to fit your needs.

2. Full-Text Search: We've introduced a powerful full-text search feature, designed to make finding relevant data in your form reports a breeze. You can use keywords to quickly sift through your data, even across all fields, allowing for a more efficient and effective search process.

3. Enhanced Data Source Capabilities: The updated form reports can now serve as a data source for various controls. This includes Lookup and Lookup List controls in your Approval Forms or Data Lists, as well as Data Present and Data Analytic Controls in your Approval Form Designer, List Form Designer, or Dashboard Page.

You can now use your form report data to populate and analyze across a variety of components, ensuring interconnectedness and consistency of information.

Please note that these enhancements apply only to new form reports created with this updated version of the Form Reports component. All previously created form reports will remain as they are, with no changes to their current functionalities.
