01 / Get started

Sign in with the right account

If your company already uses Yeeflow, ask your Yeeflow administrator which Google account and organization to use. Your Yeeflow membership and permissions determine the applications and data you can access.

  1. Open Yeeflow. Go to apps.yeeflow.com.
  2. Choose Google. On the sign-in page, select Google under “Or, sign in with”.
  3. Select your work account. Use the account associated with your Yeeflow organization and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Check your organization. If you belong to multiple organizations, choose the one you intend to work in.

Install from Google Workspace Marketplace

  1. Open the Yeeflow Marketplace listing with your intended Google account and choose Individual install, if your organization permits it.
  2. Review Google's requested permissions and complete the installation prompts.
  3. After the installation confirmation, open the Google apps launcher and select Yeeflow. If the entry has not appeared yet, refresh the Google page and reopen the launcher.
  4. Follow Yeeflow's sign-in or account setup prompts and check the selected organization.

The Marketplace installation currently requests permission to see and download all of your Google Account email addresses. Review this permission before allowing access. Your Yeeflow organization membership and application permissions are managed separately.

02 / Administration

Help your team get access

Confirm which Google accounts correspond to your Yeeflow users and which organization they should access. Your Google Workspace policies may control whether employees can install third-party apps from Marketplace.

Review the permissions displayed by Google before authorizing an integration. Google account selection and app installation do not replace the application permissions configured in Yeeflow.

Manage installation and account connections

To remove a personally installed app, open the Yeeflow Marketplace listing with the account that installed it. Select Uninstall, then Uninstall app. Google confirms when the app has been removed. See Google's uninstall instructions for more information. If your administrator installed Yeeflow, contact them to manage the installation.

You can review connections in your Google Account. Before removing a sign-in connection, confirm how you will access your existing Yeeflow account. See Google's connection management guide.

For requests about Yeeflow organization data or a subscription, contact your Yeeflow administrator or support team.
